Knowledge is power. Information is liberating. Education is the premise of progress, in every society, in every family.“Kofi Annan” Taking this goal of true education forward, it is our prayer and endeavour that our students go out into the world with the strength, not only to reach and excel in their professional aspirations, but to remain beautiful human beings. We are moving towards the future knowledge based society in a planned manner for which an IT policy and systematic approach to training being deliberated upon. I am confident that school will integrate with the national policy on globalization and creation of knowledge. Children are given to us by parents on loan for a very short period of time. They come to us the packets of seeds with no guarantees. We do not know what they will look like, act like or have the potential to become. Our job is like the gardener’s is to meet their need as best as we can, to give proper nourishment, love, attention, caring and to hope for the best. A school is always a ‘world in miniature’ where one receives the ‘training for life’, where effective, meaningful and joyful learning takes place. It is here that we begin to learn our lessons of life to accept challenges, face competition, defeat and failure, and rejoice at victory and triumph. We at The Masters School strive to achieve this level of quality education. Our motto, “Knowledge is Power of success” captures the essence of our spirit. In our school children gain an all-round education and achieve their potential not just in the academic field but also in every sphere of life. The students of the school evolve as well-rounded individuals who have earned their skills in the microcosm of the school and equipped to lead and inspire in the microcosm of the world. As far as the technological advancements are concerned, the school administration has left no stone unturned to assist children in teaching them as per their capabilities, whether it’s keeping a vigil on children’s activities through our CCTV gadgets or redefining the whole experience of teaching by methodologies like ‘Smart Classes’. For me teaching is a passion and my daily routine. The importance of installing good values in our students is our prime objective, as Rabindranath Tagore has so aptly said, “The highest education is that which does not merely give us information but makes our life in harmony with all existence.”
