Attendance:

A student should have a minimum of 90% attendance for promotion to the next higher class, along with required academic achievements.

Visits by parents & Guardians:

Parents are allowed to meet their daughters/sons/wards on Sunday and holidays only between 10.00 AM to 1 PM.

Parents/guardians are allowed to meet their daughters/sons/wards in the hostel directly. On their arrival they should meet the concerned house master who will arrange the meeting in Hostel Common Room. They are not permitted to visit student room in the hostel within being accompanied by the house master. No other person will be allowed to meet the student.

Food packets from homes are also not encouraged, In case such packets are received they may be distributed among the boarders at discretion of house master.

Leave:

No leave will be granted when the school is in session except under very special circumstances. Leave application should reach Principal and after proper scrutiny he will allow leave.

Leave for any medical consultation of students by parents will be granted only on recommendation of the school Resident Medical Officer. All students are expected to join the school on specified date at beginning of each term. Over stay of the student is generally not permitted and a fine of Rs. 100/- per day will be imposed up to 3 day after that his name will be struck off the rolls of the school/hostel.

Student must be present on the opening day of the school after vacation.
