The importance of education in the life of an individual cannot be overstated. It shapes individuals in their formative years and imbues them with values that would govern all their choices in life. It is said ‘If you are planning for a year, sow rice; if you are planning for a decade, plant trees; if you are planning for a lifetime, educate people’. Indeed, one can even say that the quality of education will determine the destiny of the nation A school is a building that has four walls with tomorrow inside. This is because the destiny of man is shaped in the class room of the school. Today’s children will be tomorrow’s citizen and future of our nation. Present education needs to make a holistic approach bridging the past, present and future requirements. At The Masters we are committed to the pursuit of excellence. It is our aim to establish and maintain positive, friendly environment which focuses on the development of higher, advance level cognitive skills, positive attitude and co-operative spirit. The mirror of our institution is our scholars; hence the mirror should not be clouded but polished. We strive to endow them with a platform, helping them to broaden their horizon and in the process provide them healthy, refined, holistic and substantial education. I urge the parents to help us build the noble mansion of significant education where all our scholars may dwell. I am thankful to the editorial board for this uphill task of bringing out the magazine and utilizing the talent of the students through this magazine. Our young people deserve the best quality of teaching and learning in a safe, happy, calm and disciplined environment. We expect the best from our students both in terms of work and behaviour in order to help them to meet their aspirations to be active and competent citizens of tomorrow. We seek to personalize their individual needs. Our ultimate aim is to groom the students in a comprehensive learning environment.
